Work with Us: WWOOFing Tasmania
Our olive grove is the only commercial olive operation on Flinders Island, and we welcome WWOOFers (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) from all over the world to Flinders Island, Tasmania to help us maintain and harvest our certified organic olive trees. From planting and pruning to picking and pressing, you’ll get hands-on experience in sustainable farming and olive oil production.
Flinders Island is more than just a place to work—it’s a place to immerse yourself in nature, connect with our close-knit community, and learn about organic farming in a pristine, untouched environment. You’ll enjoy fresh air, breathtaking scenery, and the unique challenge of living and working on an island where everything is done a little differently.

As a WWOOFer, you’ll help us with the olive harvest, which usually takes place between April and June. You’ll be part of the process from start to finish—handpicking olives and watching them be transformed into our award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil right here on the grove. And when the day’s work is done, you’ll share meals, stories, and moments of connection with our team and fellow volunteers.
